Refundable Terms & Conditions for Fully Flexible Reservations
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 50%, of the total accommodation charge is required. This deposit is refundable up to 72 hours before arrival.The remaining amount of the reservation will be charged after the start date of the cancellation policy, as specified below.

Non Refundable Terms & Conditions
To confirm the reservation, a full payment of 100% of the total accommodation charge is required. On a non refundable offer, a reservation can not be cancelled or modified.

Cancellation Policy for Fully Flexible Reservations
Free Cancellation is allowed up to 72 hours prior to arrival.Fully Flexible Rate allows booking modifications or cancellation without charges up to 72 days prior to arrival (local time) For Cancellations within 72 hours or “Non-show” or “Early departure”, Full Cancellation fees, 100 % of total stay will be charged.

Cancellation Policy for Non Refundable Reservations
For Cancellations made upon confirmation, the 100% of the confirmed reservation cost will be charged. Payment is neither refundable nor transferable to another reservation and will be charged as cancellation fees
