TERMS&CONDITIONS FOR INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS

To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 50% or 100% of the total accommodation charge is required. This deposit is refundable up to 14 days before arrival. The remaining amount of the reservation will be paid off on your arrival and the cancellation policy will be in effect, as specified below.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations or modifications made up to 14 days before the scheduled date of arrival, there is no charge and the reservation amount is fully refundable. For cancellations, modifications made less than 14 days before arrival, as well as for early departure, a fee equal to 100% of the total value of the reservation will be applied. In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation is non-refundable.
