TERMS AND CONDITIONS You will now be required to enter your credit card details using the secure system of Alpha Bank (128 bit ssl, verified by VISA & MASTERCARD CREDIT CARDS). Read carefully the payment methods and select the most convinient for you: A. Prepay the whole amount of your stay and get a special discount of 5%. B. Advance payment of one overnight and the remaining amount upon your arrival at the hotel. All details will be printed analytically at the end of your reservation with the confirmation. CANCELLATION POLICY In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservaiton you must use the 'CANCELLATION' procedure of the system in the first page. The Reservations Department will examine each cancellation request and inform the client by e-mail within 24 hours maximum for money refunds you have paid for your confirmed reservation. According to the hotel's cancelation policy, you have the right for money refund from the total amount of your advance payment as follows: 100% refund if cancellation is made 5 days before your arrival. If cancellation is made 24 hours before arrival you will be charged with the amount of one overnight and in case of no show with the total amount of your stay. There is no refund in case of no-show.
