To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total accommodation charge is required. This deposit is refundable up to 7 days before arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS

Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation is allowed up to 21 days prior to arrival.
 Hotel policy allows booking modifications or cancellation without charges up to 21 days prior to arrival (local time).
 For Cancellations within 21 days or “Non-show” or “Early departure”, Full Cancellation fees, 100 % of total stay will be charged.
