CHECK IN POLICY

In case you arrive earlier than the check in time you can leave your luggage at a safe place until check in.

CHECK OUT POLICY

Check-out until 11:00. You can choose the day use policy for 100 euros to keep the villa for the day.

TERMS&CONDITIONS FOR INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS

Refundable Terms & Conditions for Flexible Reservations
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total accommodation charge is required. This deposit is refundable up to 14 days before arrival. The remaining amount of the reservation will be charged at arrival.

Non Refundable Terms & Conditions
To confirm the reservation, a full payment of 100% of the total accommodation charge is required which is discounted. On a non refundable offer, a reservation can not be cancelled.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS

Refundable Terms & Conditions for Flexible Reservations
Cancellation with full refund is up to 14 days prior to arrival. Booking modification is also available untill 14 days before arrival. Cancellation within the 14 days or “Non-show” all 30% of the prepayment is charged. For an “Early departure” all 100% of the stay is withheld.

Non Refundable Terms & Conditions
For Cancellations made after a NR booking the full 100% is withheld.
